One Year Limited Warranty
Beery Systems warrants this equipment to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of original purchase. This warranty includes labor and parts and excludes batteries. If defects occur during this period, it will be repaired or replaced at Beery Systems option. Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage in transit.
2. Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, maintenance or improper operation.
3. Damage caused by tampering, alteration or repair performed or attempted by anyone other than Beery Systems or its authorized agent.
4. Damage to finish/case.

Legal Rights and Limitation of Liability
After 30 days from the date of original purchase, repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is sole and exclusive remedy.

Beery Systems is not liable for incidental or consequential damage, commercial loss, or any other loss or damage not specified in this warranty.

You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is valid only in the U.S.A. and only for the original purchaser.
