Device Code Readback
You may at some time want to know the three digit device code that you have programmed in Tune In for a certain device. This feature allows you to determine that code. Each of the three lights on Tune In will blink in sequence to provide the device code read back.
To Use:
- Press the appropriate device key (TV, Vcr, Cbl, or Shift and TV, Shift and Vcr, Shift and Cbl).
- Press and hold Set until the green light blinks once, pauses and then blinks twice. Now release the Set key.
- Press and release keys: 9, 9, 0. The green Ready Light will blink twice.
- Note: For a zero (0) the lights will blink ten times.
- Press and release key 1. Count the number of times the left red light blinks. (The number of blinks equals the first digit of your code.)
- Press and release key 2. Count the number of times the center green light blinks. (The number of blinks equals the second digit of your code.)
- Press and release key 3. Count the number of times the right red light blinks. (The number of blinks equals the third digit of your code.)
