Setting Up Your Archer Cable Box
- Turn on your cable box.
- On your Tune In remote, press Cbl and release.
- Press and hold Set until the green light on Tune In blinks once, pauses and then blinks twice. Now release the Set key.
- Enter the first three-digit cable box code for your Archer from the list which follows:
153, 207, 022
These codes are listed in order of popularity, and the green light will blink twice if you perform this procedure correctly.
- Aim Tune In at your cable box and press Power. Your cable box should turn off. If it does not, repeat steps 2-5, trying each code listed in step 4 until you find the one that operates your cable box.
Now Test Your Cable Box
Why test? Many times more than one code appears to work. Testing is desirable to be sure you have the correct code for your cable box.
- Press the Power key to turn on the cable box; then press channel scan ("CH"). Tune channels 7 and 11 by entering the number followed by the Enter key.
- If your cable box does not pass the test, return to Step 2 at the top of this page. Enter the next three-digit code and repeat the process.
